Specialists from the city services complex have provided reliable power supply to the Moscow Academic Satire Theatre, which celebrated its 100th anniversary this year. This was reported by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Housing and Public Utilities and Improvement Petr Biryukov.
“The city is constantly carrying out large-scale work to connect important objects for the capital to the power grid, ensuring reliable and uninterrupted power supply to city residents. We have carried out work to improve the reliability of the power supply to the Moscow Academic Satire Theater and have provided it with an additional 130 kilowatts of power,” noted Pyotr Biryukov.
The main source of power supply for the theatre is the Mayakovskaya substation at 110 kilovolts. The capacity was increased on the existing network as part of the agreement on technological connection. A metering device was installed for this purpose. Now the maximum capacity of the institution’s power-receiving devices, taking into account the previously allocated one, is 583 kilowatts.
Petr Biryukov added that the building of the Satire Theatre is supplied with electricity according to the second reliability category, that is, in the event of a technological failure on one power line, voltage will be automatically supplied through the backup one.
