Deputy Secretary-General for ASEAN Political-Security Community, Dato’ Astanah Abdul Aziz, had a meeting with Assistant Minister for Foreign Affairs of Australia, the Honourable Tim Watts MP, at the sidelines of the Sydney Dialogue organised by the Australian Strategic Policy Institute (ASPI) in Sydney today. Both sides took the opportunity to exchange views on ASEAN-Australia relations, in light of the 50th Anniversary of ASEAN-Australia Dialogue Relations this year and ways to promote the ASEAN-Australia Comprehensive Strategic Partnership.
