Bank “RUSSIA” will finance the construction of a rehabilitation center for prosthetics and rehabilitation in Simferopol

Bank “RUSSIA” and the Group of Companies “Without Barriers” entered into a cooperation agreement within the framework of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-2024).

The document was signed by the Chairman of the Board of the Bank “RUSSIA” Tatyana Polinko and the founder of the Group of Companies “Without Barriers” Valery Chagin.

The agreement involves financing a large project to create a rehabilitation institution in Simferopol, which will help people with disabilities and lost limbs return to a full and rich life. For this purpose, with funds allocated by the Bank, a separate building will be purchased and reconstructed, which will be equipped with the most modern medical equipment. The project is being implemented on the basis of an industrial mortgage.

“This is a very important story for the Bank – both because we have been working in Crimea for 10 years, and because this is a significant social project that will improve the quality of life of thousands of people who have faced severe difficulties due to amputation. These include victims of accidents and incidents, veterans of the Northern Military District, and many other Russians in need of support. Together with the Industrial Development Fund of the Russian Federation, Bank RUSSIA will provide financing for this necessary and important project,” commented T. Polinko.

“Thanks to the financing program of Bank RUSSIA and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, we have the opportunity to create a modern high-tech center in Crimea that will provide rehabilitation assistance to people in need. Our company was one of the first in Russia to open its centers in Crimea, so this is a significant event for us. Today, the development of rehabilitation is very important for Crimeans, since there were no institutions of this level on the territory of the peninsula. We are confident that through joint efforts the implementation of the project will be successful,” noted V. Chagin.
