On December 6, 2023, the House Committee on Energy and Commerce ordered reported 41 bills related to health care and energy. This single, comprehensive document provides estimates for 21 bills related to health care and consumer protection. 

Five bills would affect spending subject to appropriation. Ten would affect direct spending; thus, pay‑as-you-go procedures apply. One bill would significantly increase net direct spending or on‑budget deficits in at least one of the four consecutive 10-year periods beginning in 2035.
