Over the nine months of 2023, the Moscow Government adopted resolutions on the implementation of 26 projects for the integrated development of territories with a total area of 313.81 hectares in 10 administrative districts. This was announced by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations Vladimir Efimov.

“As part of these projects, it is planned to build over 7.7 million square meters of real estate. Thanks to the redevelopment of sites in the capital, at least 90.5 thousand new jobs will be created. The volume of investments is estimated at more than 871.5 billion rubles, and the annual budgetary effect based on the results of project implementation is no less than 36 billion rubles,” said the deputy mayor.

The territories subject to integrated development are located in all administrative districts of the capital, except Zelenogradsky and Troitsky. New urban spaces and residential areas with all the necessary social and communal infrastructure will appear on them, said the Minister of the Moscow Government, Head of the Department of City Property Maxim Gaman.

“So, as part of the implementation of the projects, it is planned to build over 3.9 million square meters of housing, of which at least one million square meters under the renovation program, as well as more than 3.8 million square meters of new high-tech industries, public, business and social facilities , including 15 kindergartens for 3.5 thousand pupils, 11 schools for 7.6 thousand students, five medical institutions, 11 sports facilities, six technology parks, a cultural and leisure center, offices, shops,” he noted.

The reorganization of the sites will be carried out by copyright holders, city operators or investors determined based on the results of the auction.

As part of the integrated territorial development (CTD) program, multifunctional city neighborhoods are being created, where comfortable housing, roads, and all the necessary infrastructure are being designed on the site of former industrial zones and inefficiently used areas. Currently in Moscow there are 188 KRT projects at various stages of implementation with a total area of about 2.45 thousand hectares.
