     The Lands Department announced today (June 21) that the tender for a site, Inland Lot No. 9061 at Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, has been awarded to the highest tenderer, Achieve Bright Limited (parent company: Swire Properties Limited), on a 50-year land grant at a premium of $1,962,168,000.     The tenderers, other than the successful tenderer, in alphabetical order, with the name of the parent company where provided by the tenderer in brackets, were:(1) Boundless Investments Limited (K&K Property Holdings Limited);(2) Champion Estate (HK) Limited (Wing Tai Properties Limited);(3) Conford Investments Limited (CK Asset Holdings Limited);(4) Dynamic Glory Limited (Sino Land Company Limited);(5) Excel Top Development Limited (China Overseas Land & Investment Limited);(6) Grand Build Development Limited (Grand Ming Group Holdings Limited);(7) Grand Harvest (HK) Development Limited;(8) Grand King Investment Limited (Henderson Land Development Company Limited);(9) Herald Wisdom Investments Limited (Wheelock Properties Limited);(10) HLP Asia Limited (Hang Lung Properties Limited);(11) Loychance Limited (Chime Corporation Limited);(12) Make Glory Limited (Far East Consortium International Limited);(13) Might & Right Limited (CITIC Pacific Limited);(14) Pacific Great International Limited (Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited);(15) Richwise Impressive Limited (Early Light Land (Holdings) Limited);(16) Star World Property Limited (Hon Kwok Land Investment Company, Limited);(17) Strong Associate Limited (K. Wah International Holdings Limited);(18) Sunlight Fortune Limited (Great Eagle Holdings Limited);(19) Tide Crystal Limited (Paliburg Holdings Limited and Regal Hotels International Holdings Limited); and(20) Wealthy Guide Limited (Kerry Properties Limited).     Inland Lot No. 9061 has a site area of about 1,226.6 square metres and is designated for non-industrial (excluding godown, hotel and petrol filling station) purposes. The minimum gross floor area is 6,477 sq m and the maximum gross floor area that may be attained is 10,794 sq m.
