In places freed from illegal development, public facilities are often equipped.
Since the beginning of this year, 67 illegal retail outlets have been dismantled in the capital. The total area of the self-built buildings, which were used to organize trading activities, amounted to 88 thousand square meters.
“Since the beginning of the year, 86 illegal retail outlets have been identified in Moscow. Of these, 67 buildings with an area of 27.5 thousand square meters have already been dismantled. In the part of illegal objects, where trade is carried out, a positive dynamics is noticeable: this year there are 1.7 times less of them in terms of number and area in comparison with the same period last year, “said the head of the capital.
State Inspectorate for Control over the Use of Real Estate Objects Vladislav Ovchinsky.
Often in places freed from illegal trade objects, public facilities appear.
For example, in the Kotlovka area, a shop organized in an illegal one-story building was liquidated. Initially, it was commissioned as a non-capital object – movable property. Then it was reconstructed and, without obtaining permission, construction work was carried out. Now at the place of the store there is a parking space for 10 cars.
In North Butovo, in the courtyard of a multi-storey building, an illegal two-story building was discovered and dismantled, which housed a bottled drinks store. It turned out that the ownership of the building was not registered, and a building permit was not issued either. In addition, the land plot is not intended for construction or reconstruction. As a result of the dismantling of the building, a parking lot for 10 cars was installed in its place.
Specialists of the State Inspectorate for Real Estate monitor whether non-residential buildings and territories in Moscow are legally used. They prevent and suppress all offenses.
