On the International Day of Cooks and Culinary Specialists, the chefs of the Mikhailovskaya Military Artillery Academy prepared a special menu for the cadets of the academy.
On this day, the diet included dishes of Russian national cuisine, including: pickle, Russian-style sauerkraut cabbage soup, pancakes with sour cream, boiled pork – more than 20 dishes in total.
The head of the Mikhailovskaya Military Artillery Academy noted the quality of the prepared dishes and the professionalism of the chefs. Every day, the staff of the chefs provides high-quality food for more than 2,000 military personnel of the academy.
Days of national cuisines are held monthly at the academy, which contributes to the development of the outlook of the cadets and brings variety to their usual diet.
As a token of gratitude, the ensemble of the Mikhailovskaya Military Artillery Academy prepared a creative performance for cooks, and the head of the academy, Lieutenant General Sergei Bakaneev, awarded diplomas? chefs and canteen staff.
