Tatiana Baranova, winner of the National Award in Protocol and Etiquette, will share with viewers the rules of good manners in the digital space, which has become especially relevant with the appearance of online classes in the project. Now they are very popular among older Muscovites – more than 70 thousand people attend remote events. Experts from the Moscow Longevity project will tell you how to connect and practice online.

Viewers of the broadcast will also get acquainted with the main areas of activities of the “Moscow Longevity”. The sports trainers of the project will talk about the benefits of physical activity, the participants will share their achievements in the creative field, and the drawing teacher will give a master class on art therapy.

A representative of the Institute of Continuing Education of the Moscow City Pedagogical University will talk about the educational direction of the project “Silver University”and also about educational programs, thanks to which the Muscovites of the older generation receive a new working profession or undergo professional retraining.

The autumn-winter season of the Moscow Longevity project is held under the slogan “Strengthening health all year round!”. Outdoor groups continue to work on physical activities, such as Nordic walking, a walking lecture hall – excursions around Moscow, as well as “Exercising Longevity” – classes in general physical training, gymnastics and fitness training.
