In order to provide people with up-close-and-personal experiences of the Bespoke experience, Samsung has been successfully operating several offline showrooms around the world. But now, in order to let more users than ever before join the Bespoke community, Samsung is launching Bespoke Studio under samsung.com, an online flagship where users can browse, explore, learn more about their favorite products, purchase customized products online and join in on the conversation.
Designed for You: Delving Into Bespoke
Understanding that interior design is a passion point for many Bespoke users, Bespoke Studio is an all-new way for users in any part of the world to come together and share their passion virtually. Visitors to Bespoke Studio will be able to enjoy the full gamut of the user-centric showroom experience – right from their devices.
Starting from Bespoke Studio’s Virtual Showroom page, users are able to go on a virtual journey through a true-to-life Bespoke showroom. Not only are products organized in ways that provide a true taste of how Bespoke appliances work in different environments, but users can also easily interact with products to learn more, and even connect to a live assistant to ask questions.
Once they are satisfied with their choice, users can easily move through to the Configurator page, which grants complete customization over the product selected so that each user can be sure that their Bespoke device is unique to their tastes. What’s more, once the user has customized their device exactly to their preferences, they can then directly purchase that product online through Bespoke Studio.
Bespoke Studio also features a Community page, a dedicated space where users can come together to submit their own media content, learn more about Bespoke from leading lifestyle experts and see what’s next in their region regarding upcoming online and social events.
Bringing Bespoke to Life
In order to ensure that Bespoke Studio is able to offer the same experience as a consumer might get offline, Samsung harnessed innovative technologies to generate a 3D virtual tour based on its flagship Bespoke showroom in Gangnam, Korea. This showroom features the largest offline lineup of Bespoke products in the world, meaning that Bespoke Studio, too, offers users the full Bespoke experience.
So that users can have all the information they need at their fingertips, the UI of Bespoke Studio has been designed to be as easy-to-use as possible, as well as being fully interactive so as to provide as much information to users as they need.
When users enter the Bespoke Studio page, a helpful virtual guide appears to inform users on how to make the most of the Studio. When touring the virtual showroom, clicking on dedicated ‘hot spots’ will provide a pop-up menu of further product information; some products even feature video introductions, and for even more information on a product, users are able to connect in real-time to sales assistants. Bespoke Studio will launch in the UK in October 2021, in the US in January 2022, and in other regions further down the line.
