In 25 offices “My documents” you can make an electrocardiogram in just one minute using a special cardio chair. More than 22 thousand Muscovites have already taken advantage of this opportunity. The pilot project on cardiac monitoring is being implemented by the Moscow Center for Innovative Technologies in Healthcare in cooperation with the Russian company for the production of high-tech devices for measuring heart performance, CardioQVARK. “We are creating opportunities for Muscovites built into the city infrastructure to monitor their health and early diagnosis of diseases. For example, state service centers have installed modern diagnostic systems, diagnostic robots, and tonometers. Also, the Moscow Center for Innovative Technologies in Healthcare launched a pilot project in 25 My Documents offices – there are cardio chairs with which you can make an ECG in one minute. Citizens can see the result in an electronic medical record, and in case of deviations, an SMS also comes with a recommendation to consult a doctor. Over the entire period, more than 22 thousand people checked their hearts. Early detection of pathologies is critical for effective treatment, ”explained the Deputy Mayor.

Most often, the study was carried out by Muscovites aged 30 to 40, the service is popular among both women and men. More than 1,800 thousand ECGs were made by residents of the capital over 70 years old. The most demanded survey was in the areas of Yuzhnoye Butovo, Otradnoye and Fili-Davydkovo.

It is easy to check the work of the heart in the centers of public services – you need to enter the OMS policy number on the screen of the cardio seat, and then follow the step-by-step instructions. After the completion of the procedure, the results will be sent to the electronic medical card, they can be seen by a therapist and specialized doctors.

With the help of a cardio chair, atrial fibrillation is diagnosed, which increases the risk of stroke by five to six times and the risk of heart failure by three times.

In addition, all public service centers have blood pressure monitors, and 69 officesyou can undergo a medical examination using modern diagnostic systems.

On September 29, on the World Heart Day, an action was held, the purpose of which was to draw the attention of citizens to the risks of developing diseases of the cardiovascular system. Residents did a cardiogram at public service centers and received tickets for a cardiologist’s lecture. On this day, almost 500 Muscovites checked their hearts using a cardio chair.

Today, the offices of “My Documents” provide citizens with over 280 government services. 98 percent of them can be obtained without reference to the place of registration. Centers “My Documents” are open from 08:00 to 20:00, flagships and the Palace of Public Services at VDNKh – from 10:00 to 22:00.
