It will be a two-section building with underground parking.
Mosgosexpertiza specialists have agreed on the project documentation for the construction of a house under the renovation program on Polyarnaya Street, said Anna Yakovleva, the head of the department.
“Today, a renovation program is being implemented in the capital aimed at improving the living conditions of Muscovites. In total, it includes 5176 houses – about 350 thousand apartments. It is planned that thanks to the program, more than a million citizens will be able to move from dilapidated five-story buildings to new and modern housing. So, in the area of Yuzhnoye Medvedkovo, the construction of a two-section residential building with an underground parking lot has been agreed, “said Anna Yakovleva.
Residents will receive new apartments with complete interior decorationaccording to the standards of the renovation program. In addition, the project envisages the use of materials that reduce the level of noise in residential premises, for example, builders will lay a laminate on the floor on a sound-insulating substrate.
“A total of 168 apartments are designed in the building, namely 72 one-room, 72 two-room and 24 three-room. At the same time, public premises will appear on the ground floors for subsequent leasing, ”added the head of Mosgosexpertiza.
A parking lot will be installed on the underground level. Entry and exit of vehicles is provided on a single-track ramp. Traffic will be regulated by traffic lights, and a specialist from the security room will control the flow of cars using a video surveillance system.
The adjacent territory will be landscaped: they will equip parking lots, driveways and pedestrian zones, as well as areas for recreation, sports and playgrounds. Bins and benches will be installed in the courtyard, lawns will be laid, trees and bushes will be planted, and outdoor lighting will be made.
