On the basis of a separate special-purpose guards unit of the Airborne Forces in Kubinka near Moscow, an instructor-methodological lesson with officers of the Airborne Forces armament service on organizing and carrying out the transfer of weapons, military and special equipment to the winter mode of operation was completed.

Classes were held under the personal guidance of Major General Alexei Ragozin, Deputy Commander of the Airborne Forces for Armaments.

During the training, guidance documents were studied and a practical demonstration of the organization of the transfer of weapons, military and special equipment (AME) to the winter operation mode was carried out.

The theoretical part was held in the cultural and leisure center of the compound, and the practical part of the exercises in the fleet of military vehicles, where more than 10 training points were deployed, at which the leaders of the lessons explained and demonstrated the procedure and rules for carrying out work, the correctness of technical documentation, in accordance with the requirements guidance documents.

The trainees were shown the list and sequence of technological operations necessary for the organization of seasonal maintenance of military equipment.

At the deployed training sites, they demonstrated flushing filters, changing lubricants and fluids, servicing batteries, adjusting main components, checking the performance of electrical equipment and hydraulic systems, etc. on various samples of standard weapons and equipment.

Particular attention in the lesson was paid to the issue of strict observance of safety requirements, medical support and fire protection during work in parks.
