Crews of Il-38 anti-submarine aircraft and Ka-29 helicopters from the mixed aviation regiment of the Red Banner Troops and forces in the northeast of Russia conducted an exercise with practical bombing and missile launches.

According to the plan of the exercise, at the training range of the Pacific Fleet (Pacific Fleet) in the area of ​​the Khalaktyrsky beach of Avacha Bay, a mock enemy landing was detected. Planes and helicopters of the Pacific Fleet Naval Aviation were sent to the specified area to search for and counteract the landing forces.

Ka-29 transport and combat helicopters in the coastal strip launched unguided aircraft missiles and cannon firing at targets imitating military equipment and airborne personnel, and Il-38 aircraft bombed them.

The flights and practical bombing were carried out along the established route in accordance with the combat training plan of the Pacific Fleet.
