MIL-OSI Russia: Cadets of the Vladimir Law Institute of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia took the Oath

The ceremony was attended by guests of honor, veterans of the institute, cadets of the law faculty, relatives and friends of the freshmen.

The oath of loyalty to the Law, the people and Russia was taken by 158 freshmen. Then the first-year cadets were presented with service certificates.

On taking the Oath, freshmen were congratulated by the head of the All-Russian Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, Candidate of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor, Colonel of the Internal Service Vasily Ponkratov, Head of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for the Vladimir Region Major General of the Internal Service Alexei Girichev, Chairman of the Control Committee of the Vladimir Region Administration, Chairman of the Public Council at the All-Russian Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia Sergey Poluzin, head of the city of Kovrova Elena Fomina, assistant to the head of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for the Vladimir Region for work with believers, Father Mikhail (Kochetkov), Chairman of the Council of the Public Organization of Veterans of the All-Russian Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, retired colonel of internal service Vladimir Ziborov.

For the first-year cadets who took the Oath, the text of a congratulatory telegram from the Director of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, Alexander Kalashnikov, was read out.

At the end of the ceremony, a company of the Guard of Honor, a brass band and an ensemble of drummers performed with demonstration performances, the cadets marched in a solemn march.
