Bogotá, D.C., September 14, 2021. Within the framework of the Bicentennial of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, it is a pleasure for the Augusto Ramírez Ocampo Diplomatic Academy to share the digital version of the DICTIONARY OF MODERN DIPLOMACY.
The Dictionary consists of a glossary with 742 entries, arranged in alphabetical order, of the technical terms most frequently used in the interconnected spheres of diplomacy, international law, and international relations.
The Dictionary was prepared under the direction and coordination of the Ambassador of Diplomatic and Consular Career, Juan José Quintana, during his tenure as Director of the Diplomatic Academy with an enthusiastic work team from the Academy. The edition and design of the Dictionary were in charge of the Third Secretary Andrés Duque Solís.
The Augusto Ramírez Ocampo Diplomatic Academy, makes available to those interested in international issues and the general public, the digital version, which can be accessed in PDF through the Academy’s website, through the link: https: //www.cancilleria.gov.co/footer/academy/publications.
