The first agreement on the integrated development of the territory in Moscow was concluded in July 2020. It concerns the territory of the former industrial zone Oktyabrskoe Pole. Investments in its development will amount to about 14 billion rubles, the budget effect – about 1.8 billion rubles. The investor plans to complete construction by 2024.

At the beginning of November last year, the country’s first auction for the right to conclude an agreement on the integrated development of the territory was held in Moscow. Within its framework, part of the Korovino industrial zone is being reorganized. At the beginning of June 2021, at the 24th St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, two more agreements were signed on the integrated development of the territory of the Kuntsevo industrial zone and the second section of the Korovino industrial zone.
