In order to preserve the safety of people, and to accompany the unfolding of the music festival which will take place on June 21, 2021, the Ministry of Culture has specified the health protocol to be put in place. According to the health protocol of the Ministry of Culture, the rules to be observed are:

gatherings of more than 10 people on public roads or in public spaces are prohibited;
seating configurations are permitted in establishments open to the public (ERP) indoors as for outdoor ERP;
the maximum authorized tonnage for ERP indoors or outdoors is 65%, within the limit of 5,000 spectators;
the sanitary pass is required for public buildings accommodating more than 1,000 spectators;
concerts in bars and restaurants are possible. Initially prohibited by the protocol, the Minister of Culture announced this relaxation to the press on Thursday, June 17, 2021;
amateur concerts on public roads are prohibited;
enhanced flow management, to control compliance with the gauges in the public buildings, and compliance with physical distancing measures.

In accordance with Prime Minister’s announcements on June 16, 2021 , the 11 p.m. curfew will be lifted as of Sunday, June 20, 2021 and will therefore not apply to this event. Wearing a mask will remain compulsory during gatherings and in closed places.

Reminder: For restaurants, drinking establishments and floating establishments, opening is authorized on the terrace (seated) with a 100% gauge and indoors with a 50% gauge, with an appropriate distance and a maximum number of 6 people per table.
