Among them, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen rose 0.2%, 0.3%, 1.0% and 0.1% respectively. The sales price of second-hand housing rose by 1.0% month-on-month, and the increase was 0.1 percentage point lower than the previous month. Among them, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen rose 1.4%, 1.1%, 1.4% and 0.4% respectively. The sales price of newly built commercial housing in 31 second-tier cities rose 0.5% month-on-month, an increase of 0.1% from the previous month; the sales price of second-hand housing rose 0.4% month-on-month, the same as the previous month. The sales prices of new commercial housing and second-hand housing in second-tier cities rose by 4.8% and 3.3% year-on-year, respectively, and the increase was 0.3 and 0.4 percentage points higher than the previous month. The sales prices of new commercial housing and second-hand housing in third-tier cities rose by 3.9% and 2.3% year-on-year, respectively, and the increase was 0.3 and 0.4 percentage points higher than the previous month.
