New homes are located in six districts.

In March, seven houses built under the renovation program will be handed over for settlement. About three thousand Muscovites will move to them. New buildings are located in six administrative districts – South-Eastern Administrative District, Eastern Administrative District, Northern Administrative District, Southern Administrative District, Southern-Western Administrative District and North-Western Administrative District.

The houses are located at the addresses:

– Varshavskoe highway, 139 (Chertanovo Yuzhnoe);

– Angarskaya Street, 33a (Western Degunino);

– Orenburgskaya street, house 3 (Kosino-Ukhtomsky);

– Black Lake Street, 4 (Kosino-Ukhtomsky);

– Shvernik Street, 6, Building 2 (Academic);

– Parkovaya street, house 33 (Mitino);

– Volgogradsky prospect, 103a (Kuzminki).

According to the head Department of urban planning policy of Moscow Sergei Levkin, 77 new buildings have already been transferred for settlement.

“Under the renovation program, 273 objects with a total area of ​​more than 4.5 million square meters are being designed and built. To organize the wave relocation, 489 launch sites have been selected, ”the head of the department added.
