In the Golovinsky District, the construction of two residential buildings is being completed under the renovation program. The head told about it Moscow City Construction Department Rafik Zagrutdinov.

New houses are one-section and built according to individual projects. Each building will have 161 apartments: 23 one-room, 115 two-room, 23 three-room. Their total area in each building is 9703 square meters.
The finished improved finishing in the new apartments fully complies with the standards of the renovation program approved by the decree of the Moscow Government.
On the ground floors there is a lobby, an elevator hall, a concierge room, a storage room for cleaning equipment, mailboxes, technical rooms, as well as lifts equipped with visual and tactile media. The first floors of the buildings will be able to accommodate pharmacies, shops, cafes, sections for children. In the first building, a center for informing the population about the renovation program will start working.
New buildings are equipped with security systems for entrances, video surveillance, access control and management, warning and evacuation control in case of fire.
The adjacent territory was landscaped and greened. In the courtyard, a children’s and sports grounds with a crumb rubber coating appeared.
“A total of 177 houses are currently under construction in Moscow, and more than 100 houses are under construction,” added Rafik Zagrutdinov.
The renovation program was approved in August 2017. It includes 5175 houses – about 350 thousand apartments and almost a million inhabitants. The first million square meters of housing have already been built. Currently, more than 33 thousand Muscovites have received new apartments.
