The Federal Minister for Economic Affairs and Energy, Peter Altmaier, on the proposal of the Scientific Advisory Board at the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy, has Professor Dr. Nicola Fuchs-Schündeln and Professor Dr. Dorothea Kübler appointed as new members. Nicola Fuchs-Schündeln has been Professor of Macroeconomics and Development at Goethe University Frankfurt am Main since 2009. Dorothea Kübler has been Director of the Market Behavior Department at the Berlin Science Center since 2009 and Professor of Economics at the Technical University of Berlin since 2004.The Scientific Advisory Board independently advises the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy in the form of letters and reports on economic policy issues and determines the Subject of its deliberations itself. The Scientific Advisory Board has 39 members. The chairman of the scientific advisory board is Prof. Dr. Klaus M.
