Six new streets will appear on the territory of the Rudnevo industrial zone. The project also includes the construction of roads, a sewage treatment plant and a building for a public transport terminal, said Anna Yakovleva, head of Moscow State Expertise.

“It is planned to build six streets, including city-wide, regional and local ones, exits to the adjacent territories, to the sites of the treatment plant, as well as a settling and turning platform,” she explained.

In addition, it is planned to rebuild and lay engineering networks, install seven new traffic lights and an automated traffic control system. New streets will have traffic detectors, PTZ cameras and photo-video recording complexes for traffic violations.

During the improvement of the territory along the roads, noise protection screens will be installed, slopes on the sidewalks and tactile signs in front of pedestrian crossings for people with limited mobility will be made. And in the course of landscaping, it is planned to lay out a lawn, plant 1.6 thousand trees and 16 thousand shrubs.

Earlier, it was decided to build an industrial technopark, which will become the core of the Rudnevo industrial zone. Its residents will be high-tech small and medium-sized businesses operating in the construction, aviation and electronics industries. The territories allocated for the reorganization of the industrial zone in the future may receive special economic zone status…
