President Ashraf Ghani accepted the credence letter of Choi Tae-ho, the incoming ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Afghanistan during a ceremonial event this morning at the Presidential Palace.

President Ghani welcomed the incoming ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Kabul and stressed on further deepening mutual ties between the two countries.

Ambassador Choi Tae-ho expressed his country’s support for the Afghan peace process and said Republic of Korea is looking forward to strengthening the relationship including cultural relations.

President Ashraf Ghani wished success for Ambassador Tae-ho in his new capacity and appreciated Republic of Korea’s support for peace, terming the country’s experience vital for Afghanistan.
