On the eve of the New Year holidays, the command of the Russian peacekeeping contingent congratulated the servicemen serving at observation posts in Nagorno-Karabakh on the Coming New Year.

At the posts, the servicemen were given New Year sets, consisting of artificial trees, as well as Christmas tree decorations and decorations.

In addition, each serviceman was presented with a sweet gift and a letter “Soldier Peacemaker” from children from different regions of Russia, written on the eve of the holidays.

Military signalmen for the peacekeepers at the posts have established communication means that allow them to congratulate relatives and friends on the upcoming holidays.

In total, more than 2 thousand New Year gifts, as well as 600 letters and about 1.5 thousand postcards with New Year’s greetings, made by children with their own hands, were delivered to the servicemen of the Russian peacekeeping contingent in Nagorno-Karabakh.

In accordance with the agreements specified in the joint statement of the President of the Russian Federation, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, from 00:00 Moscow time on November 10 this year. a complete ceasefire and all hostilities in Nagorno-Karabakh have been declared.

With the assistance of Russian peacekeepers in the areas affected by the war, the restoration of vital engineering communications continues.
