A special purpose medical unit (MOSN) from the Russian peacekeeping contingent continues to provide assistance to the local population both in the city of Stepanakert and in other settlements of Nagorno-Karabakh.

Russian peacekeepers from the MOSN have created multifunctional medical brigades to provide field work for military medics in remote settlements of Nagorno-Karabakh. Over the past day, Russian military doctors provided medical assistance to 21 residents of the Kagartsi settlement.

In total, more than 900 residents of Nagorno-Karabakh received qualified medical care in the field hospital of the Ministry of Defense, including more than 120 children.

All citizens who applied received consultations and necessary appointments after being examined by qualified therapists, surgeons and other specialized specialists in a deployed mobile hospital.

The appeals of local residents, as a rule, are associated with an exacerbation of various chronic diseases, as well as diseases of the cardiovascular and endocrine systems, and the provision of dental care.

More than 60 medical specialists work in the MOSN divisions, including military surgeons, anesthesiologists-resuscitators, therapists and epidemiologists.

In accordance with the agreements indicated in the joint statement of the President of the Russian Federation, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, from 00:00 Moscow time on November 10 this year. a complete ceasefire and all hostilities in Nagorno-Karabakh have been declared.

A peacekeeping contingent of the Russian Federation is deployed to control the ceasefire and military operations in Nagorno-Karabakh. Russian peacekeepers ensure the safe return of refugees and the ceasefire in Nagorno-Karabakh.
