The crew of the patrol ship (PC) “Pavel Derzhavin” of the Black Sea Fleet (Black Sea Fleet) has passed the course task K-2 and will soon begin to perform the tasks as intended.

The event was held in accordance with the combat training plan of the Black Sea Fleet.

As part of the final stage of preparing the ship to perform tasks as intended, the crew conducted preparatory and test artillery firing at a surface and air target, as well as at a coastal target imitating the command post of a conditional enemy.

In the course of the delivery of the course task, the sailors conducted various naval exercises on air defense, on fighting for the survivability of the ship at sea, as well as on taking on board the helicopter of the Naval Aviation and the Air Defense of the Black Sea Fleet.

Upon returning to the point of permanent deployment, the crew of the Pavel Derzhavin spacecraft worked out actions to defend and protect the ship during the passage by sea.

The patrol ship “Pavel Derzhavin” was built on the stocks of JSC “Zelenodolsk Plant named after A.M. Gorky”, is the third serial ship of project 22160. This is a ship designed and built using a modular armament concept.
