The command of the Military Academy of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and the primary trade union organization of the university conducted a special assessment of the working conditions of civilian personnel, as a result of which amendments and additions were made to the collective agreement.

“Together with labor protection specialists, we carried out a special assessment of the working conditions of our employees,” said the chairman of the trade union committee Sergei Koryshov. “According to its results, a number of employees of the academy’s support departments received an increase in official salaries from 4 to 15 percent, as well as additional vacations and early appointment of an insurance pension.

The head of the primary trade union organization noted that the results of the assessment were approved during an absentee vote, in which three quarters of the university’s workforce took part.

The civilian labor union stands guard over the socio-economic rights of its members, paying particular attention to issues of work and rest, overtime pay, additional leave, social benefits and benefits.
