The Snowboard World Championships among juniors in parallel disciplines ended in the ski resort of Lachtal in Austria. The tournament was attended by an athlete of the Army Club Dmitry Loginov, who won two gold medals.

At the start of the World Snowboarding Championships among juniors in parallel disciplines in Austria, two-time world champion, multiple world champion among juniors Ensign Dmitry Loginov became the best in parallel slalom. The second result was shown by Cody Winters from the USA, and the third was Jean Casanova from Switzerland.

On the final day of the competition, Dmitry Loginov and Sofia Nadyrshina took first place in the parallel giant slalom among mixed teams, leaving no chance for their rivals. The second were Daichi Shimizu and Tsubaki Miki from Japan. Russians Vsevolod Martynov and Victoria Pukhova closed the top three.

Note that the competition was originally supposed to be held in March, but was postponed to December.
