In the near future, it is planned to approve eight more land-surveying projects for 70 apartment buildings.

Since the beginning of 2020, at the expense of the city budget, 56 projects have been developed for surveying residential quarters with a total area of 535 hectares, on which there are 483 apartment buildings. All of them went through the procedure of public hearings and electronic public discussions in the project “Active citizen”.

“Until 2019, land surveying and cadastral registration of plots under apartment buildings was carried out pointwise, at the request and at the expense of residents. Since August 2019, the city began to carry out this work systematically and at the expense of the budget. Activities include the preparation, coordination and approval of land-surveying projects, as well as the state cadastral registration of adjoining territories, “said the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations

Vladimir Efimov.

By the end of 2020, according to the Deputy Mayor, it is planned to approve eight more land surveying projects with a total area of 40 hectares for 70 apartment buildings.

After the land surveying of the plot under an apartment building or a plot adjacent to it is completed, any owner of the premises (residential and non-residential) in this building can contact City Property Department with a request to carry out cadastral works at the expense of the city. So Muscovites can fix the rights of common shared ownership of the adjacent territory.

As soon as the land plot is put on the cadastral register, the owners of premises in an apartment building can use the adjacent territory at their discretion, observing the restrictions established by law. They are regulated by the Housing Code of the Russian Federation. For example, the owners of the common property are obliged to provide unimpeded access to the site for fire fighting equipment, police vehicles, ambulance, rescuers and other emergency and operational services of the city.

“Today, almost the entire territory of multi-apartment buildings in the capital has been demarcated. More than 3.8 thousand land surveying projects have been approved with a total area of over 50 thousand hectares. In 2021, it is planned to cultivate another six thousand hectares. Thus, by 2022, all quarters of residential multi-apartment buildings within the boundaries of old Moscow will be demarcated, ”said the Minister of the Moscow Government, head of the City Property Department

Maxim Gaman.
