At the bottom, the building will be faced with ceramic bricks, and starting from the second floor – with sawn bricks.

A house with 311 apartments with an underground parking lot will be built in Danilovsky district under the renovation program. The project has already been approved, said the head Moskomexpertiza Valery Leonov.

“The renovation program is a unique project that allows citizens to improve their living conditions without changing their usual way of life: apartments are provided in the same area as the five-story buildings to be relocated. In this case, the housing will be finished. So, for the program participants in the Southern Administrative District, a project for the construction of a three-section residential building with a one-level underground parking lot on Dubininskaya Street has been approved, ”said Valery Leonov.

The basement of the building will be faced with solid ceramic bricks, and above it – with sawn facade bricks. In accordance with the uniform standards of the program, residents will be provided with apartments with improved finish… Each section will have two lifts of different carrying capacity.

“The building has 311 apartments: 100 one-room, 126 two-room and 85 three-room. Public premises will appear on the first floor of the building for subsequent leasing to socially significant institutions and organizations, ”said Valery Leonov.

The project provides for the creation of an underground car park for residents’ cars. The entrance to the parking lot, as well as the exit from it, is planned on a single-track closed ramp. The passage of cars will be controlled from the security room located on the first floor.

In the process of improvement, flat parking, driveways, pedestrian zones, children’s, sports, and recreational zones will be equipped. In addition, trash cans and benches, outdoor lighting will be installed, trees and shrubs will be planted, lawns and flower beds will be laid out.

The renovation program was approved in 2017, it provides for the resettlement of more than 350 thousand apartments. Its main goal is to improve the living conditions of over one million Muscovites.
