The 11.4-kilometer eastern section of the Big Circle Line (BCL) is a third ready. This was announced by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow in the Moscow Government for Urban Development Policy and Construction Andrey Bochkarev.

“Four stations will appear on the eastern section of the BCL: Klenovy Boulevard, Nagatinsky Zaton, Pechatniki and Tekstilshchiki. Currently, active work is being deployed on each of them. In general, the overall construction readiness of this part of the ring is 32 percent, ”said Andrey Bochkarev.

At the station “Pechatniki” they are already finishing the installation of the pit fence, work is underway on the construction of reinforced concrete structures. Monolithic work on the construction of the main structures is being completed at Tekstilshchik, finishing work has begun.

At the same time, as noted by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow, the structures of the Nagatinsky Zaton station have been fully erected, and the installation of the main structures at Klenovy Boulevard is being completed. Finishing work will begin here in the coming month.

The eastern section of the BCL includes sections with double-track tunnels.

The Big Ring Metro project will be the largest in the history of Moscow metro construction. Its length will be 70 kilometers. The new ring of the metropolitan subway will unite the peripheral areas of the city and will cut travel time in half.
