On December 19, specialists from the Russian Emergencies Ministry’s consolidated group unloaded 7 railway wagons with humanitarian aid from the Russian Federation. This is 300 cubic meters of lumber and a platform with a truck crane.

The materials have already been delivered to Stepanakert by departmental cargo transport. Later, they will be distributed among the points of issue of various regions of the region.

This is the second part of the humanitarian aid delivered by the Russian Emergencies Ministry by rail. In total, 9 cars out of 54 have arrived to date.
