Order of December 15, 2020 No. 3345-r

In 2021, all Russian schools will be connected to high-speed Internet. Thus, all students, regardless of where they live, will be able to get equal access to high-quality and modern educational programs. 1 billion rubles are allocated from the reserve fund of the Government to provide schools with modern content.

In particular, this money will be used to purchase digital notes on all general education subjects from the 1st to the 11th grade, as well as interactive teaching materials. Among them – various games, tests, virtual laboratories, multimedia cards, reading books, archival and historical documents. This will help make learning interesting and exciting, and most importantly – will meet the needs of modern schoolchildren.

The issue of access of students to modern educational programs was raised on December 17 during the annual press conference of President Vladimir Putin. The head of state noted that in 2021 high-speed Internet will appear in all schools, and urged to ensure that the problem of technological unavailability of educational institutions is resolved.
