A house with a clock on the facade will appear in the Marfino district in the north-east of the capital under the renovation program. Mosgosstroynadzor issued a building permit, said the head of the department Oleg Antosenko.
The new building will be located near the Okruzhnaya metro station, not far from the Main Botanical Garden named after N.V. Tsitsin of the Russian Academy of Sciences at the address: Hotel passage, possession 8a.
The three-section building will have 267 apartments, of which 118 one-room, 55 two-room and 94 three-room. The total area of the house will be 30.6 thousand square meters. All premises are provided with improved finishing according to renovation standards…
Each section will have three elevators: one with a carrying capacity of 400 kilograms and two with a carrying capacity of one thousand kilograms. Loggias and balconies are glazed. On the facade of the first section there will be a decorative element “Clock” with a case and hands made of aluminum alloys. A parking lot will be arranged in the underground space.
The entrance groups will accommodate a spacious hall, a stroller, a concierge room. The first floors will be used for shops, cafes, pharmacies, beauty salons, and consumer services.
The adjacent territory will be landscaped: they will create children’s and sports grounds, a recreation area, provide outdoor lighting, install a barrier, benches and trash cans. In addition, trees and shrubs will be planted, lawns and flower beds will be laid.
“Mosgosstroynadzor pays special attention to the quality of construction at residential facilities under the renovation program. After the developer submits a notice of the start of work, the inspector of the Committee will draw up a program of inspections for the entire construction period. Specialists of the Expertise Center will be involved in the inspections without fail, who will conduct all the necessary complex of laboratory and instrumental studies, ”said Oleg Antosenko.
The building permit will be valid until January 31, 2023.
The renovation program was approved in 2017; today it includes 5175 houses. About one million Muscovites will be able to improve their living conditions.
