El Alto – The La Paz Regional Academic Unit of the Bolivian Catholic University “San Pablo” has decided to name its headquarters in the city of El Alto, after “Mgr. Eugenio Scarpellini”. This important university study center was in fact, the result of a great project managed by the passion of the late Bishop and former National Director of the Pontifical Mission Societies.
