A house will be built on the Dmitrovskoye highway under the renovation program. The design documentation has already been approved. This was announced by the chairman Moskomexpertiza Valery Leonov.

“Mosgosexpertiza has approved a project for the construction of a multi-storey residential building with a single-level underground parking in the Dmitrovsky district. A total of 137 apartments have been designed in the building, namely – 39 one-room, 79 two-room and 19 three-room, ”he said.

Outside, the house will be faced with ceramic tiles. The interior decoration of the apartments will fully comply with renovation program standard, which was approved by the Moscow Government.

An underground car park with a single-track ramp will also appear in the building. Control of the passage of cars will be carried out from the security room, which will be equipped on the first floor.

The adjacent territory will be landscaped. There will be parking lots, driveways, pedestrian zones, areas for recreation, games and sports. Specialists will install small architectural forms and outdoor lighting, lay out lawns and plant plants.

A new building on Dmitrovskoe highway will be erected in close proximity to five houses that are included in the renovation program. In total, 500 buildings are to be dismantled in the CAO. In the first stage included houses in eight districts of the district, including Beskudnikovsky, Voikovsky, Golovinsky, Dmitrovsky, West Degunino, Koptevo, Molzhaninovsky and Timiryazevsky.

The housing renovation program was approved in 2017, it included 5175 houses. Thanks to her, about one million Muscovites will be able to improve their living conditions.
