From December 16, all the numbers of the Family Allowance Funds (Caf) in 0810 will be replaced by a single number, accessible everywhere in France and in the overseas departments, the 3230.

Previously each Caf had its own number, long to remember and surcharged. From now on, to reach your Caf, you will need to dial 3230 (cost of a local call). This new short number is common to the entire territory.

To contact your Caf by phone, you must dial 3230 then enter the number of your department to be redirected to your Caf and get in touch with an advisor.

Likewise, for parents who have problems paying alimony and wish to contact the Alimony Recovery and Intermediation Agency (Aripa), the number to contact is 3238.
