The agreement was signed by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, representatives of regional authorities of nine constituent entities of Russia and representatives of the applicant companies.

There are 180 high-tech companies concentrated in the Technopolis Moscow special economic zone, 79 of them have resident status.
