Decree of December 11, 2020 No. 2076
The state will take control of the distribution of vaccine supplies for the prevention of coronavirus infection between regions. The decree on this was signed by the Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
Now vaccine manufacturers will send information on drug residues to the Ministry of Health every week. The Ministry of Health, within two days after receiving such information, must distribute this balance based on the needs of a particular region.
The issue was discussed at meeting of the Presidium of the Coordination Council under the Government December 15. “It is important that all this work goes smoothly,” Mikhail Mishustin noted.
At the end of last week, vaccinations began throughout Russia. On behalf of the Government, the Ministry of Health has drawn up a plan for the distribution of vaccines throughout the country for the next three months. In particular, in December the regions will receive 480 thousand doses of the drug. In addition, a vaccine delivery schedule has been developed. Logistic passports of readiness for vaccination of all regions of Russia have been submitted to the Government.

Mikhail Mishustin holds weekly working meetings with vaccine manufacturers in order to synchronize watches both on the volume of production of drugs, and on the volume of their release into civilian circulation, as well as on other issues that require government decisions. So, on last meeting, December 11, the head of government instructed the heads of the regions to personally monitor the organization of vaccination of citizens, including ensuring the operation of vaccination points and pay special attention to their work during the New Year holidays.
By the same decree, until the end of 2021, the temporary order of distribution of drugs for the treatment of coronavirus infection is extended. It allows you to control the supply of necessary drugs to the regions and helps to avoid their shortage.
