In the Western Degunino district in the north of the capital, all the necessary conditions have been created for the resettlement of residents under the renovation program. This was stated by the head of the capital Department of Urban Development Policy Sergey Levkin.

More than nine thousand residents of 45 residential buildings will receive new housing. “Six launch sites have been selected on the territory of the district: three houses are at different stages of construction, three more objects are being designed,” said Sergei Levkin.
For the wave resettlement of residents, 63 launch sites were selected, included in the address list of blocks for the design and construction of starting apartment buildings.
In total, in the Northern Administrative District, the renovation program includes 514 houses, which are home to 109 thousand residents.
