The All-Russian Legal (Legal) Dictation was held online from 3 to 10 December. The testing was attended by 507,174 people from Russia and foreign countries.
The organizers of the writing of the dictation in the Pskov branch of the Academy of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia was the legal clinic of the educational organization, headed by Andrey Shcherbakov, a member of the Pskov regional branch of the Russian Lawyers Association.
– For the first time, such a large number of cadets of the Pskov branch of the Academy, namely 216 people, decided to test their knowledge of legal issues in such a large-scale event – the All-Russian legal dictation. And according to the results of testing, the cadets showed good knowledge, which made the teaching staff of the educational organization happy, – noted Yulia Mikhailova, deputy head of the Pskov branch of the Academy of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for educational and scientific work.
The dictation, which was attended by all interested citizens who have reached the age of 14, consisted of 40 questions, 60 minutes were allocated for answers. Main topics: Constitution of the Russian Federation, administrative responsibility, labor, civil, family rights. In 2020, in honor of the 75th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War, questions on the Nuremberg Tribunal were included in the legal dictation.
Upon completion of the test, each participant received a certificate of passing the dictation with a personal result, as well as access to information materials on mistakes made.
Note that the organizers of the All-Russian legal (legal) dictation were the Association of Lawyers of Russia and the public organization “Business Russia”, partners – the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, the Federal Antimonopoly Service and Moscow State Law University named after O.E. Kutafina (Moscow State Law Academy).
