Bogotá (Dec 13/20). The Ministry of Foreign Relations informs that the passport offices in Bogotá work in accordance with the biosecurity measures dictated by the Ministry of Health, this supposes a lower capacity than is usually attended in high season. For them, appointments through the website are scheduled until the end of December.
The Chancellery has the following possibilities as a contingency of attention:
1. Daily more than 90 appointments are being enabled in online scheduling2. Allocation of more than 100 exceptional appointments, in response to requests filed through the CIAC, [email protected], 3. Allocation of exceptional appointments directly from the Coordination, by email or by calling citizens.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs will continue to provide excellent service to citizens.
