Russian peacekeepers escorted buses with refugees returning to Nagorno-Karabakh from the territory of the Republic of Armenia.

481 people have been delivered from Yerevan to Stepanakert by buses. The bus movement was accompanied by patrols of the Russian peacekeeping contingent and military police.

Russian peacekeepers are conducting round-the-clock monitoring of the situation and control over the observance of the ceasefire regime at twenty-three observation posts.

The servicemen of the Russian peacekeeping contingent ensure the safe return of citizens to their places of permanent residence, provide humanitarian assistance, and restore civilian infrastructure.

In total, over 37.5 thousand refugees have already returned to Nagorno-Karabakh to their places of permanent residence.

In accordance with the agreements indicated in the joint statement of the President of the Russian Federation, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, from 00:00 Moscow time on November 10 this year. a complete ceasefire and all hostilities in Nagorno-Karabakh have been declared.

A peacekeeping contingent of the Russian Federation is deployed to control the ceasefire and military operations in Nagorno-Karabakh.

The core of the Russian contingent is made up of units of the 15th separate motorized rifle brigade (peacekeeping) of the Central Military District.
