In the period from 11 to 14 December, the Russian Emergencies Ministry will send 54 wagons with humanitarian aid to the civilian population to Nagorno-Karabakh. Sending will be carried out from 8 cities of Russia.

On December 11, 4 cars were dispatched from Tikhoretsk and Ulyanovsk. On December 12, the shipment will be made from Moscow, Ivanovo and Ufa.

The cargo includes building materials, power plants, fire tankers and household items. A total of about 1200 tons.

“The delivery of the first consignments of humanitarian aid was carried out promptly with the help of the air and road transport of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia, in order to begin to restore destroyed housing before the cold weather. Now the work has passed into the planned phase, and therefore the railway transport was connected, ”the Russian Emergencies Ministry noted.

Delivery of humanitarian aid is carried out in accordance with the instructions of the President and the Government of the Russian Federation.
