“Since 2017, Moscow has been actively implementing a renovation program aimed at improving the living conditions of its citizens. It is expected that thanks to her 350 thousand families, and this is more than a million people, will be able to move from dilapidated five-story buildings to new and modern housing. Thus, Mosgosexpertiza has approved a project for the construction of a residential building of variable number of storeys with a built-in and attached one-level underground parking lot in the Mozhaisk district, ”he said.

The house will have 134 apartments – 60 one-room, 38 two-room and 36 three-room. Public premises will be equipped on the ground floor, and a public information center will also appear here.

The walls of the house will be clad with a certified façade system, thanks to which the surface of the building will be continuously ventilated. This will extend the life of the new building. The plinth, skylights and the external staircase will be covered with ceramic granite slabs.

A guarded underground parking lot should also be built according to the project. Cars will enter and exit using a single-track closed ramp.

In addition, parking lots will appear in the local area, driveways and pedestrian zones, areas for recreation, games and sports will also be equipped there. Small architectural forms, lanterns, lawns, trees and shrubs will be planted in the yard.

Renovation program: over two million square meters of housing will be built on the site of demolished houses

The renovation program was approved in 2017. It concerns about one million Muscovites and provides for the resettlement of 5174 houses (more than 350 thousand apartments). At the moment, the program includes 472 launch sites. Already 22.2 thousand Muscovites have moved to new apartments.
