Theaters, cinemas, concert halls can operate provided that the halls are not more than 25 percent full. And restaurants and clubs are prohibited from receiving visitors from 23:00 to 06:00.
People over 65 and those with chronic illnesses are advised to follow a home regimen. Employers are required to transfer at least 30 percent of employees to remote work.
