In project “Active citizen” promotion ended “Autumn marathon”… 50 751 Muscovites took part in it.

The action ran from October 13 to November 17. For the participants, 24 quizzes were opened in stages on three topics: “History and culture of Moscow”, “Moscow of an active citizen” and “Moscow is a city of opportunities.” Each quiz consisted of six questions. For the correct answer, the participant received 20 points. A total of 97 million points were awarded. More than 10 thousand people (every fifth) gave the maximum number of correct answers.

They will spend the received points in the rewards store of the Active Citizen project. There you can replenish your Troika card, pay for parking, receive promotional codes for food delivery, and order souvenirs (T-shirts, thermo mugs, flash drives, umbrellas and much more).

In addition, from those participants who answered the maximum number of questions correctly, the random number generator selected 100 winners. They will be awarded with additional prizes – a set with the most popular souvenirs of the project.

In the final stage, the participants of the action evaluated the content of the quizzes. 72.72 percent of the respondents considered that the questions were of a suitable level of difficulty, 20.95 percent called the tasks quite difficult. 4.73 percent answered that the questions were easy. The simplest question turned out to be the name of the type of physical activity “Nordic walking”. 99.05 percent of “active citizens” answered it correctly. And to the most difficult question – when did the division into urban districts appear in Moscow – 66.21 percent of people gave the correct answer.

The Active Citizen project appeared in 2014. During this time, more than 4.7 million people have become its participants. They determine which streets, courtyards and park areas need to be improved, how city polyclinics, libraries, public service centers should operate, and also choose events for festivals and celebrations.

Muscovites took part in more than 4.7 thousand votes. Most of the decisions based on their results have already been implemented. In June 2020, the project website appeared online mapcompleted urban projects. There are already more than 1.6 thousand objects on the diagram.
