Users can report violations and monitor the quality of troubleshooting across 40 topics.

Residents of six settlements of the Troitsky and Novomoskovsky administrative districts received access to the Our City portal. Until recently, the portal could not be used in Klenovsky, Kokoshkin, Krasnopakhorsky, Novofedorovsky, Rogovsky and Filimonkovsky. With their accession, there are no places left on the map of the capital where residents would not be able to report urban problems through Our City.

19 territories of the Troitsky and Novomoskovsky administrative areas were connected to the Our City portal in stages. This September he became available users from Vnukovsky, Sosensky, Desenovsky, Ryazanovsky, Moscow and Mosrentgen.

Earlier the settlements of Marushkinskoye, Voskresenskoye, Voronovskoye, Mikhailovo-Yartsevskoye, Shchapovskoye, Pervomayskoye and Kievsky were connected to the portal.

“The Our City portal has expanded the geography of its presence. We have completed the connection to the portal of all territories of the Troitsky and Novomoskovsky districts. Today, users can report violations and control the quality of troubleshooting by city services on 40 topics. In the future, the portal will be supplemented with new sections, ”said Alexander Pischelko, head of the New Management Technologies State Institution.

The number of portal users has already exceeded 1.6 million people, more than 4.3 million urban problems have been resolved, noted the Moscow Department of Information Technologies, which ensures the development of the resource. With the connection of new territories, even more residents will be able to promptly send comments on the maintenance of city objects, receive useful information and thereby improve the work of the capital’s services.

To report a violation, you must register or log in through the portal on the website or in the mobile application “Our town”…

Then you need to choose one of the proposed topics, briefly describe the problem and attach a photo.

Through the portal, you can report damage to the road surface, faulty traffic lights, broken bus stops, poor maintenance of sports and playgrounds, unfenced construction sites, dangerous pits and much more. Residents will receive a reply to the message within eight working days. It will either inform about the solution of the problem, or indicate a specific time frame for its elimination.

The Our City portal has been operating since 2011. The electronic platform allows Muscovites to control the quality of improvement work, report violations and evaluate the work of city institutions.
