To this end, from November 14, 2020, as part of the peacekeeping contingent of the Russian Federation in Stepanakert, an operational group of the newly formed Center under the leadership of Major General Andrei Volkov has already been deployed, which ensures the safety of the return of refugees to Nagorno-Karabakh: on November 14, 2020, escort was carried out through Lachinsky corridor 9 buses (250 people), 15 November – 19 buses (475 people), 16 November – 19 buses (482 people), 17 November – 24 buses (502 people), 18 November – 23 buses (936 people) .), November 19 – 27 buses (1235 people).
